Guest Policies and Requirements

  • Arrive on time to your appointment.  Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

  • Call us when you arrive at (305)279-0958. Please wait in your car or outside the salon.  We will call or text you when to come in as there is no waiting area.  

  • Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment

  • Any child that needs supervision cannot be serviced at this time.

  • All employees and guests will have their temperature taken upon entering the salon

  • All employees and guests will be required to wear a mask at all times. We recommend a disposable mask for color services.

  • Guests must sign a waiver before receiving services

  • Upon entering, we will ask you to either sanitize or wash your hands for 20 seconds

  • All stations are 6ft apart but please keep 6ft of distance between other guests

  • All stations and shampoo bowls will be cleaned and sanitized between each guest

  • We will not have you change into color robes.  Please wear a shirt with a lower neckline.  Capes will be provided to put over your clothes and washed between uses.

  • Staff will assist you in retail area

  • Beverage services will be paused at this time.  Water is still available by self service and paper cups will be provided.

  • There will be limited services for blowdry and scalp massages will not be provided at this time

  • Toward the end of your service a member of the guest care team will stop by your chair and begin the checkout process

  • Each station will have it’s own sanitation spray and antibacterial gel

  • Please be advised there will be a $3 sanitation fee per guest

  • If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you are showing symptoms
